Simply use the custom upload form to submit your image and any details. We will reply in email with our design shortly. After you confirm the design we go straight to production. As soon as the order is ready we'll ship it out for you to enjoy!

On the home page you'll find our sign customiser. Type in your text, select your font, colour, size and multiple other features we offer. Purchase your new sign and we will shortly send you the design for confirmation. After that we'll start production and ship to you as soon as its ready! 

The designs are drawn and sent to you to be confirmed within 48 business hours. Upon confirmation of your design, we will make your product. This time can vary depending on your order. Orders placed out of business hours may be processed when we are open. We aim to have it on your doorstep within 10 working days.

We offer worldwide shipping.

We offer a full year protection against faults or errors with the product. The design confirmation phase is to ensure your design is perfect for you, therefore we do note refund orders based on design when confirmed by you before production. Any further queries get in touch! info@lablights.co

You can cancel your order at any time before design confirmation. We do try and get our orders out nice and fast, so we ask you to let us know straight away.

Unfortunately, once designs have been confirmed they can't be canceled. However we do offer protection and refunds on faults; check out our refund policy.

No. We do not do back orders. Out of stock orders will be canceled unless a replacement item is requested.

Every sign is different; with the customiser the price is set per size and per line with the addition of letters
